Four Shires Food, Arts and Craft Festival Held at Whitbourne Hall, there’s plenty going on at the festival that will feature dozens of exhibitors from Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and Gloucestershire. With the festivities taking place both inside and outside the Hall, it won’t matter too much if the weather lets us down again – nothing new this summer. This year there will be lots of cookery demonstrations and talks along with fun activities to suit all ages. John Challis (Boycie of Only Fools and Horses) will be making an appearance too and signing copies of his book! Rowlestone Farmhouse Ice cream This award winning ice cream is produced using local milk and pure natural ingredients. Situated in the foothills of the Welsh Black Mountains, Rowlestone Court has much to offer its visitors including attractive woods where you can enjoy a stroll through a ‘native species garden’ and wild flower meadows. Mousetrap Cheese Go along and watch how Little Herefordshire Cheese is made using a traditional Herefordshire recipe before sampling a range of cheeses in the farm shop. Flavours of Herefordshire Festival To coincide with harvest time, and now in its 7th year, the festival will take place at various venues including High Town, Hereford Cathedral and Castle Green.
