Cider Press Cottage - formerly a granary and a cider mill built with local red brick has been converted into a contempory holiday cottage, lying within the   farmhouse walled garden, surrounded by apple blossom , flower filled borders and lavender hedges.  The cottage has wonderful views over farmland  looking towards Aconbury woods and Ridgehill.

The entrance is through a green oak wood porch into a large lounge and dining room, furnished with a leather suite, dark oak table and leather high back dining chairs. A downstairs cloakroom leads off the dining room.

The  separate kitchen has maple wood units, fired earth tiles and a small table and chairs. A glazed back door leads to a small brick yard.
Upstairs are two light airy bedrooms with exposed beams, great views over garden and countryside.

The double room has a French rococo king-sized bed and ensuite shower room. The twin bedded room features the original A framed oak beams, a sofa and digital TV and again a large ensuite shower room.

The cottage is heated by a combi oil-fired Worcester boiler with heat controlled radiators.
Prices include VAT, linen, towels, electricity and central heating. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
SORRY, NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED

A deposit of £100 to secure the cottage and balance due four weeks before the arrival date. The cottage is ready for occupation at 3.30 pm and guests are asked to please vacate by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Saturday to Saturday booking.
Short breaks are available in January, February, March, November and December.

Apple Bough Cottage, formerly a granary and  stable block constructed with local red brick has been converted into a gorgeous holiday cottage, lying within the farmhouse walled garden surrounded by apple blossom,  flower filled   borders and   lavender hedges. The cottage has wonderful views over farmland  looking towards Aconbury woods  and Ridgehill.

Enter the cottage from a paved patio up a gentle slope with handrails into a  green oak wood porch leading to a large lounge and dining room, furnished with a leather suite and light wood and glass dining  table and matching chair.

The kitchen has maple wood units, oak flooring throughout and quality fabrics compliment the  décor.

Leading from the lounge is a downstairs double bedroom and adjoining wet room shower, toilet and wash basin. Rails are fitted for less able and wheelchair guests, no shower tray just non-slip flooring sloping to a drain, plus a shower seat.

Upstairs the double room has a Oak four-poster king-sized bed , ample wardrobe space ,soft  furnishings in lavender toile material, panoramic views from each window. The twin bedded room with oak beamed ceiling, quality furniture and a chesterfield seating area and colour TV,  also great views towards Dinedor hill. The bedrooms share a large shower room, toilet and wash basin.

 The cottage is heated by a combi Worcester boiler with heat controlled on all radiators.

Anvil Cottage - formely a wainhouse has been converted to leave a wealth of beams and exposed brickwork. A little gem, quite separate, all ground floors, spacious, light and airy.
A double bedroom with ensuite baththroom, with shower and bath.
A spacious twin bedded room features an orthpedic electric controlled bed then adjoining bathroom with large shower and shower stool if required.
Maple wood fitted quality kitchen, dining room and lounge lead into a large enclosed patio with table and chairs, just right for a morning coffee in the sun.
Anvil cottage is suitable for the less able and wheel chair guest.

Anvil cottage is situated two miles south of Hereford City, 300 yards from the main A49 Hereford/Ross-on-Wye road, and 350 yards from an excellent, regular bus service. The Grafton Inn is just a short stroll down the drive, serving good food all week. Supermarkets are in Hereford and also a large Tesco's, out of town, along the A465 road.
