No of attendees: 22 managers, technicians and operators

Objectives: 
- Team Building

Programme:

A 2-day programme during a shutdown period for a major upgrade of their manufacturing facilities. The training was designed to bring everyone closer together and ready to tackle the forth-coming challenge of commissioning and running their new plant

Supporting activities:

Canoeing, caving, raft building, river crossing, rapids, abseiling, rock climbing, aerial rope course, archery and a range of stimulating orienteering and outdoor problem solving tasks

A 2-day event incorporating a business meeting to ensure the top team are clearly aligned and focused for the forthcoming challenge of the company floating on the stock market.

Activities enjoyed:
A medley of stimulating outdoor problem solving tasks, orienteering, adventure activities and a river crossing. The programme culminated in the team making a promotional film to “sell themselves (as a management team) to their new institutional investors”

Use of the Royal Lodge for food, accommodation and its conference facilities.
